Precision Die Cutting Services

If you have thin, flexible materials that need to be cut to special shapes and sizes, Technigraphics provides custom die cutting services to diecut your parts utilizing steel rule dies.

Our steel rule dies are lasercut to exacting tolerances (which is why this process is sometimes referred to as “laser die cutting”), assuring your parts are fabricated to your exact specifications. We are able to perform plastic die cutting (less than .030” thick) on numerous materials, including (but not limited to):

• EMI/RFI shields
• rubber & foam gaskets
• insulators & spacers
• foam adhesives

For certain materials with thicknesses of .030” and higher, we offer precision lasercutting services or we can utilize our CNC punching and routing equipment. Technigraphics recently installed a PLC-controlled custom-built Weidhaas Crest Diecutting press. This computer-controlled diecutting press substantially increases our diecutting capacity as well as our ability to increase turnaround times.
