If you have thin, flexible materials that need to be cut
to special shapes and sizes, Technigraphics can diecut your
parts utilizing steel rule dies.
Our dies are lasercut to
exacting tolerances, assuring your parts are fabricated to
your exact specifications. We are able to diecut thin plastics
(less than .030” thick), EMI/RFI shields, rubber &
foam gaskets, insulators, spacers, foam adhesives, and more.
For certain materials with thicknesses of .030” and
higher, we can lasercut or we can utilize our CNC punching
and routing equipment.
Technigraphics has recently purchased a state-of-the-art custom-built Weidhaas Crest Diecutting press. This computer-controlled diecutting press will substantially increase our diecutting capacity as well as our ability to increase turnaround times.
